HT Holidays Ski Valet is an exclusive new service to Hirafu village and the first independent, ski in - ski out ski valet service in Niseko. The service, which will be available for the winter season, is another innovative initiative adding to our portfolio of exceptional services.
What is the HT Holidays Ski Valet?
HT Holidays Ski Valet offers ski in - ski out equipment storage available to all guests staying in HT Holidays properties including:
• Storage for adults and kids skis and snowboards
• Heated ski and snowboard boot storage
• Overnight ski and snowboard tuning service
No more carting your equipment to and from the mountain.
In addition the HT Holidays Ski Valet space will also include a HTH Concierge desk.
FAQ
How does it work?
Each morning you can collect your boots, skis or snowboard for your day on the mountain – we will store your walking shoes. At the end of the day leave your equipment with us for storage overnight. You can also take advantage of our overnight ski and snowboard tuning service (extra costs involved).
Note: you cannot collect your pre-booked ski rental equipment from HT Holidays Ski Valet.
Who can use the service and what are the costs?
HT Holidays Ski Valet is available FREE to all guests staying in HT Holidays properties.
Our overnight ski tuning services are available at an extra cost.
Can I leave valuables?
No. HT Holidays Ski Valet only stores ski and snowboard equipment and boots.
Can I change clothing?
No. You should arrive at HT Holidays Ski Valet ready to put on your boots and go up the mountain.
Which lifts can I access?
HT Holidays Ski Valet’s ski in - ski out location offers direct access to the following lifts:
• King Pair Lift #1
• Holiday Pair Lift #1
• Hirafu Gondola
Access is also available to the Ace Quad and Ace Family Pair Lifts using the access path below the Niseko Scott Hotel.
When is Ski Valet available?
Ski Valet is open 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week, from 1 Dec to 31 March.
Does HT Holidays Ski Valet rent ski equipment?
No. You can arrange ski equipment rental with our HTH Concierge service before you arrive in resort. CLICK HERE for more information.
