Restaurant Cancellation Policy: All guests have to contact and confirm their restaurant bookings directly with Ｌupicia by 3pm the day of the reservation.
If guests have not arrived more than 15 minutes after their booking time, the boooking will be considered a no show and their table given away.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to bookings cancelled 24 hours before the day of the reservation.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from HT Holidays via email.
  • HT Holidays will charge ¥500 per change or cancellation to a booking.
  • In addition to this, you agree to the restaurant cancellation policy detailed on this page.
  • The restaurant may be provided with your room number and contact you directly to arrange payment of any cancellation fees.
