Bookings must be confirmed by the guest directly with A Bu Cha 2 (contact details above) one day prior.

For bookings of 20 people of more, guests will need to choose the menu prior to dining (guests will need to speak to the restaurant directly regarding this).

Remarks:

Restaurant Cancellation Policy: The booking will be cancelled if the guest does not contact the restaurant directly one day prior.
If guests have not arrived more than 15 minutes after their booking time, the boooking will be considered a no show and their table given away.

  • Bookings can only be accepted from HT Holidays guests.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from HT Holidays via email.
  • HT Holidays will charge ¥500 per change or cancellation to a booking.
  • In addition to this, you agree to the restaurant cancellation policy detailed on this page.
  • The restaurant may be provided with your room number and contact you directly to arrange payment of any cancellation fees.
