Hirafu Fleur Japanese izakaya restaurant at the top of the Niseko-Hirafu village; located in the Scot Hotel, as well as the popular Popolo onsen. Original menus and various kinds of Japanese Sake, wine and beer are available.

Shokusai Hirafu Savor fresh marine products from the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean, while choosing from a fine selection of micro-brewed Japanese sake and shochu. Our first recommendation for sushi and sashimi.
Ezo Seafoods Ezo Seafood Shop offers a small but select range of seafood sourced daily from coastal markets and fishermen, including crab, salmon and oysters. Drop in or order in advance for your après party. We also offer several varieties of oysters, boiled seafood and a selection of wines and champagne for enjoyment at our licensed Oyster Bar.

Saison Club Escape the excitement of the slopes to the warmth of the Saison Club. A uniquely Japanese dining experience, the Saison Club offers a choice of four traditional Japanese courses: Sukiyaki, Shabu-Shabu, BBQ Meats and Vegetables and, a Hokkaido favorite, the Ishikari Hot Pot (Salmon and Miso).
Sou Specialising in the Japan's famous Wagyu Beef, Sou restaurant is a local favourite.
Rin A warm atmosphere and great food make Rin restaurant a great find in the central Hirafu village. Japanese "izakaya" style restaurant.
