Please note: an additional 10,000yen fee applies to transfers leaving Niseko prior to 8:30am, or to guests on flights scheduled to arrive at Chitose airport after 6pm (no charge for flights scheduled to arrive before 6pm that are delayed).

Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance. However, availability is limited so guests are encouraged to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Bookings can only be accepted from HT Holidays' guests.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from HT Holidays via email.
Bookings are subject to the HT Holidays terms and conditions.
Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to guestservices@htholidays.com. Please note that charges may apply.
Cancellation 7 days (or less) prior to the transfer date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to the transfer date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (Coolstar policy). "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
In the case of delayed flights, the Coolstar Coach will wait for the guests. In the case where guests are delayed for reasons other than delayed flights (e.g. missed flight), 100% cancellation fee applies.
