Winter Season Positions
Front Desk Receptionist
Effectively service Hokkaido Tracks guests, owners, callers and visitors by timely and appropriately responding to all telephone, face-to-face and general e-mail enquiries including the accurate processing of all monetary transactions.
Japanese language ability preferred.
Telephonist
Effectively service Hokkaido Tracks callers, guests and visitors by answering, responding to and forwarding all telephone enquiries, and providing of Front Desk support as required.

Front Desk Receptionist

Guest Host
Responsible for property preparation, guest check-in and check-out, responding to guest queries during their stay and guest email correspondence. This role undertakes a broad range of tasks to ensure the requirements of our Guests are met throughout their stay.
Guest Host Supervisor
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Guest Services Team to ensure service standards are maintained and guest’s needs are met.
Service Recovery, monitoring of monies and problem solving skills required.
Night Auditor
Auditing the day’s transactions, balance and roll the organization’s Property Management System (PMS), along with providing out of hours service and emergency responses to Hokkaido Track’s guests
Guest Service Booking Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating with guests and suppliers to book and provide quality information about HT’s guest services, in order to maximize sales and increase repeat customers.
Telephonist
Effectively service Hokkaido Tracks callers, guests and visitors by answering, responding to and forwarding all telephone enquiries, and providing of Front Desk support as required.
Breakfast Cook
Responsibility to cook and prepare food for our buffet breakfast, ensuring the highest quality and essential hygiene requirements are being met.
Waiter
To wait on our guests with quality service & efficiency, replenish the buffet and ensure the clearing of plates and relaying of tables is kept up to company standards.
Child Care Worker
Responsible for looking after our guest’s children, and for providing a safe and fun atmosphere for them during the absence of their parents.
