Service Types
Hokkaido Tracks Holidays has different service options for Winter and Summer accommodation:
Independent
- Check In time is after 3pm.
- Check Out is before 10am.
- Your accommodation will NOT be serviced.
- Fresh towels for each adult and child will be provided every 2nd Day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Garbage will be collected every 2nd day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Bed Linen will be renewed at least every 8 days.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, towels, linen, conditioning shampoo and body soap are provided on your arrival. Replenishment of some items is the responsibility of the occupants during the stay. These include: coffee and tea.
Serviced
- Check In time is after 3pm.
- Check Out is before 10am.
- Daily cleaning service, including replacement of towels, removal of rubbish, cleaning of bathrooms, wipe and tidy of kitchen, vacuuming and washing dishes.
- Bed making every day and Linen Change every second day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, towels, linen, conditioning shampoo and body soap are provided on your arrival. Replenishment of some items is the responsibility of the occupants during the stay. These include: coffee and tea.
Long Stay
- Check In times are between 2pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement is made.
- Check Out is before 11am.
- Your accommodation will NOT be serviced.
- Fresh towels for each adult and child will be provided every 2nd Day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Garbage will be collected every 2nd day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Bed Linen will be renewed at least every 8 days.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, tooth brushes, towels, linen, conditioning shampoo and body soap are provided on your arrival. Replenishment of some items is the responsibility of the occupants during the stay. These include: coffee and tea.
