Service Types
Hokkaido Tracks Holidays has different service options for Winter and Summer accommodation:
Summer
High Class
- Check In times are between 12pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement is made.
- Check Out is before 12pm.
- Daily cleaning service, including replacement of towels, removal of rubbish, cleaning of bathrooms, wipe and tidy of kitchen. NOT included in the daily service is bed making, vacuuming and washing dishes.
- Mid Stay Clean and Linen Change if you are staying 8 nights or more.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, tooth brushes, towels, linen, breakfast pack, bathrobe, onsen coupons, brand amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap) are provided on your arrival. Replenishment of some items is the responsibility of the occupants during the stay. These include: coffee and tea.
Standard
- Check In times are between 2pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement is made.
- Check Out is before 11am.
- Your accommodation will NOT be serviced.
- Fresh towels for each adult and child will be provided every 2nd Day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Garbage will be collected every 2nd day (excluding arrival and departure days).
- Bed Linen will be renewed at least every 8 days.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, tooth brushes, towels, linen, conditioning shampoo and body soap are provided on your arrival. Replenishment of some items is the responsibility of the occupants during the stay. These include: coffee and tea.
Long Stay
- Check In times are between 2pm and 5pm unless prior arrangement is made.
- Check Out is before 11am.
- Your accommodation will NOT be serviced.

Independent
- Check In time is after 3pm.
- Check Out is before 10am.
